If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details (order number, items to return/exchange, and reason)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Oklahoma City facility (address provided in approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead. There is no additional shipping charge for exchanges unless you’re upgrading to a more expensive item.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bras and bralettes
- Bikini briefs
- Boxers
- Balcony bras
- Any intimate apparel with removed tags or signs of wear
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For our customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
