Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)
International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Everywear Shop purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel including bras, bralettes, bikini briefs, boxers, and balcony bras unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, items to return, and reason
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging when possible
- Ship Return: Send to our Oklahoma City facility (address provided in approval email)
Refund Information:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead. No additional shipping charge for exchanges unless upgrading to a more expensive item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns:
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
